Five star dining at its best.  Enjoy a magical evening in a backyard bistro with the finest French cuisine.  Rack of lamb, filet mignot, fresh fish or other entrees with exceptional salad and desert choices (Ralph's favorite is creme brule).

Fish House Vera Cruz--

Lynn and Ralph's favorite fish restaurant.  Sculpture Renaissance Experience packages allow for anything on the fresh fish menu except lobster, abalone and king crab.  That leaves dozens of fresh fish choices and even dungeness crab.

Coyote Bar and Grill--

Live entertainment nightly, with outdoor firepits and exceptional southwestern cuisine are the highlights of Coyotes--a favorite of locals, and one of Lynn and Ralph's special hangouts (Ralph recommends "rattlesnake eggs").
