The Lynn Forbes School of Sculpture is pleased to offer a variety of programs for groups. All must be pre-arranged and scheduled.
Of particular interest have been childrens group events including unique birthday parties, girl scout and boy scout events, and other special programs.
Group Fun
Sculpture is a "social" art form. Because it is three dimensional, it involves viewing a subject from all sides. When modeling stands are used, this means lots of rotation around a model. Even on table top classes, there is no pad of paper barrier to either direct attention down, or to get in the way of interaction with others.

The result is often free flowing conversation as each artist discovers his or her own unique style and solves various sculpture "challenges."
"Creativity Development" for Organizations
The Lynn Forbes School of Sculpture offers a special "Scupture Creative Experience" event for a sales conferences and organizations that can teach and inspire creativity. This experience ustilizes the medium of clay and form in a way that helps individuals "tap into their creative energy." It is ideal for organizations that want to boost "outside the box" thinking with a half day (or longer) session that is both fun and rewarding.
Also, a Sculpture workshop can be designed to meet individual organization needs. Prices are established based on specific event needs. Instruction can be custom designed to meet your needs.
Classes for Groups
Groups can block out special times to learn sculpture at special rates. Adult groups might be men's or women's groups, church groups or clubs.
Youth groups might be sports groups and teams, school groups, and even special events. Minimum age for youth is 9 years old, and it must be stressed that this is a serious school that takes art seriously--it is not playtime or a babysitting service. (It IS FUN, however.)
Finding out more about scheduling a group is as simple as contacting us.
Go to the "Contact Us" page and fill out the basic information. In addition, be sure to include the following in the message form:
